Onsite Support for education

When things are not working as they should, nothing is better then the reassurance of someone being able to fix your issue being on your site. 

Our Onsite Support is just that, bringing team Concero into your school, at a schedule that suits your needs and budget.

Our team is available across the UK to support onsite, with a range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians, all backed up by our internal Escalations Team.

How onsite support works

  • We sell Onsite Support in Sessions.
  • Sessions are 2 hour blocks.
  • There are 3 sessions a day
  • A minimum of 1 session per week is required
  • There is no limit on how many sessions you can buy
  • Usually sessions are delivered over 39 term time weeks
  • We can recommend how many sessions your school may benefit from based on your school size.
